"I had the pleasure of fishing with Todd again on a trip to Marco in November. We went way down to the south and fished in places where we didn't see another boat. The weather was beautiful and we began catching Gag Grouper in the backcountry. These fish are big and fight like crazy. Most people think that it can only be done in deep water offshore. We were in 6-10 feet mostly. We also caught quite a few snook, but none were big enough to keep(28-34 slot). As usual, the boat was clean as a pin and he was well prepared. Dinner was great for the rest of the trip and we even had enough to take some home."

6 friends have fished the Gulf this week with Captain Todd Godwin.He is an excellent guide.We caught our limit of red grouper each day as well as snappers,cobra,and permit. I highly recommend booking a trip if you want to fish around Marco Island.
